As a Reiki energy mover and healer I bring my full intuitive self into every session. My own body often speaks to me during our time together, sharing insight into where energy may be blocked, held, moving, or calling for a little more attention within your body and energetic field. So, a session with me isn't just an energy treatment. It's an intuitive, embodied experience. I work with what I feel, sense, know, and receive on your behalf, allowing the session to unfold in the way that feels most supportive for you. You get to simply come as you are, breathe, rest, receive, and allow yourself to be held.

Sessions are available in person (catch me if you can, I travel a lot!) and through distance or remote Reiki healing. And yes, distance Reiki is just as powerful as an in-person session. Energy doesn't need us to be in the same room to connect. Distance sessions can be received from wherever you are in the world. All you need is a quiet, comfortable space, an open mind, and a willingness to receive.

Reiki is not a replacement for medical care, therapy, or specialist support, and it is never offered as one. It is a gentle, supportive healing modality that can work beautifully alongside professional and clinical care, supporting the whole person in ways that can sometimes feel deeply connective and complementary.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally heavy, energetically drained, or you're simply craving a little space to come back home to yourself, Reiki can offer you a moment to pause, soften, and reconnect.

Reiki is an energy healing practice rooted in the understanding that life force energy moves through all living things. When our energy is flowing freely, we often feel more balanced, grounded, connected, and at home within ourselves. When it becomes blocked, depleted, or simply overwhelmed, through stress, emotions, physical tension, trauma, or just life, we can feel it in ways that are sometimes hard to explain or even put into words.

Reiki works gently with the body's energy field to support relaxation, restoration, and healing across all layers of our experience: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
